From arrival to departure, the apartment is managed directly, with no reception desk and no intermediaries. How you’ll be welcomed, what you’ll find in the apartment, and how to stay in touch during your stay.
Arrival
Check-in is from three in the afternoon, and there’s no time after which it becomes too late: even guests arriving late at night get in without difficulty. If your flight is delayed or your train runs late, it’s not a problem — just a message as soon as you can and we’ll sort it out.
Knowing your arrival time in advance lets me be there in person: I enjoy handing over the keys and showing you around. Sometimes a family member comes in my place.
When it’s not possible to be there in person, you’ll receive the key safe code via WhatsApp, along with a short video explaining how to get in and showing you the apartment.
The apartment is cleaned thoroughly before every arrival.
What you’ll find
In the kitchen you’ll find coffee pods, tea, sugar, salt and dish soap. The tap water is drinkable: there’s no need to buy bottles.
In the bathroom there’s hand soap, shampoo and shower gel.
During your stay
The channel is WhatsApp, and it’s mine directly: not a call center, not an agency. Whatever you need, a message reaches me directly.
If something isn’t working — a lock, the Wi-Fi, an appliance — I’ll take care of it.
For longer stays, cleaning and linen changes can be arranged, even once you’ve already checked in.
Departure
Check-out is by ten in the morning. Leave the keys inside, on the kitchen table.
After check-out it isn’t possible to leave luggage in the apartment: if your flight departs in the evening, it’s worth arranging a luggage storage nearby or at the station in advance.
The door closes on its own when you pull it to: make sure you have everything with you before you leave. If you realize you’ve left something inside, send a message and I’ll sort it out.
