A hundred square meters on Viale Vaticano, recently renovated, with a ground-floor entrance.
The living room
The living room is the first room you enter, with the television and a double sofa bed — not needed to sleep six, since the beds in the bedrooms are enough, but gladly made up if you’d rather spread out differently.

The bedrooms
Two separate bedrooms, each with a king-size bed and a single sofa bed. The apartment sleeps two just as comfortably as six, and those traveling with children can keep them in the same room.

The kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped, and the window opens onto the view. There’s a fridge, a kettle and a toaster, and the dining table extends to seat up to eight. The kitchen opens straight onto the terrace, which is why it’s the part of the home that gets used the most.
The first coffee capsules are already set out. In the pantry you’ll find salt and a few spices, for anyone in the mood to cook something.

The bathroom
The bathroom has a large shower and a double sink, with room for two to get ready at once. There’s also a bidet.

The terrace
The terrace is the home’s extra room, sharing the same view as the kitchen. It’s where you have breakfast in the morning and dinner in the evening, back from a day in Rome.

Throughout the home
Air conditioning is in every room. There’s free Wi-Fi, a washing machine and an iron, and bed linen and towels for every guest. A crib and a high chair are available on request.
